Our Shipping & Delivery Policy
By using the East Houston St. Wine & Liquor website/app, you represent and affirm that you are at least 21 years old and that any gift recipient to whom you ship alcohol products through the website/app is also at least 21 years old. All orders must be received by an adult of legal drinking age and must have photo identification present if asked for proof of age. In order to protect the integrity of our business, we caution you that if we discover any violation of applicable law, we will take active steps to report any such violation to the appropriate authorities.
We offer FREE DELIVERY in New York City and Williamsburg for orders over $30, and FREE SHIPPING nationwide for orders over $150.
Due to restrictive regulations, we can only accept orders for shipment to the following locations: New York, Alaska, California, Connecticut, Washington DC, Florida, Idaho, Louisiana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Virginia, West Virginia, Wyoming.
We require an adult signature by the recipient of any order. Our shipping partners will not allow a package to be left without an adult signature. We are prohibited from leaving packages “on the porch” or “by the door” without a signature.
When requesting that a purchase is shipped, please be aware that East Houston St. Wine & Liquor sends your product with a third-party delivery service, usually FedEx. Although we insure all packages before shipping, once they have left our store they are no longer in our possession. Therefore, East Houston St. Wine & Liquor is not responsible for any breakage or damage that may occur during transport by the contracted delivery service.

We ship Home Delivery, Business day Delivery and Express Saver via FedEx:
All orders will be confirmed via e-mail and processed within 1-2 business days. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there are any problems with your order. You will be promptly notified by email of any unexpected delays in processing and/or shipping.
Shipping and Handling Costs
The shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time the order is placed. If you would like to know the shipping cost to a particular area, please select your items and enter your zip code in the shopping cart. Prices of our wines do not include shipping/handling charges, which vary depending on destination, number of bottles ordered and choice of delivery options.
The buyer assumes title of the wines once purchased. By arranging for transportation of the wine, we are providing a service to and acting on behalf of the purchaser. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any wines into any state. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wine and other goods purchased and for determining the legality and the tax/duty consequences of having the wine shipped to him or her.
All sales are final on all items and they may NOT be returned for a refund, credit or exchange.
East Houston St. Wine & Liquor reserves the right to refuse service and/or delivery to anyone we perceive to be of risk, monetarily or otherwise. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
